Crap.

I went on a two hour hike yesterday to shoot some images for a photography contest. It was bitterly cold and tiring. I had to use a new film because my local lab didn’t have my usual Plus-X in stock. I figured it would be okay because I thought I had a good recipe, but when I pulled my negs from the tank I realized right away that they were underdeveloped. Crap.

I have lower lows with film when I screw up, but I take comfort in the fact that when I get it right the highs are also much higher. There is nothing like pulling some beautiful negs out of the tank.
